You're the spawn of the best of intentions
That have gone so horribly wrong
You were empty and cold
Till low and behold
Was a sucker
A dumb motherfucker
And your lipstick buds on the table
And your lipstick buds on the floor
And you're putting on more
How could I've adored such a liar
A simple desire
You wanna be my never again
You wanna be my never again
It's just a simple cry at the end
You walked out the door
Hoping to fend
You're a fist punching me in slow motion
You're the seed of the never again
But a frame of your eyes and the taste of your thighs
A reminder
I thought that I loved her
You were tired of being evasive
So you just spat it out
I wanna be the one that taught you a lesson
In human affection
But it's too late to feel the burn
Too late to cease the fire
I'm not a figurine to shape and mold and carve
You said I was your dream and the one that you adored
How come all your lipstick buds are littering his floor
You are more than a missed creation
You are more than you make yourself out
You deny but it's true
I'm sorry for you and the others
See you in never
This album is Rock solid and razor sharp. There is no fucking around here, this band knew exactly what they wanted to do and they exicuted perfectly. Everyle single song is a ripper and every single song has some catchy or memorable part that gets stuck in your head for days.
I turn this album on full blast and dance around my living room with my 4 year old daughter and 1 year old son. R. Slom
